The Plot Committee is responsible for running the in-play aspects of King's Gate and directing the game as a whole. Questions about the setting, backgrounds for new characters, the things that happen at events, game policies, and any question that doesn't better suit someone else should go to them. The current plot committee is Jason Gray, Angela Lacey, Kristyn McGeehan, Adam Miller, Dave Prewitt, Veaya Weddington, and Laurie Zolkosky.

The Logistics staff handles the mechanical (rules-related) aspects of the characters in the game. Send them questions about rules and game statistics for new characters, character advancement, and paperwork such as character cards and spell cards. Logistics is handled by Shadow Gray.

The Pre-Registration staff handles registration for upcoming events. Contact them if you have questions about prices, housing, confirming your registration, or if the online registration system wasn't able to handle something you wanted from it. Veaya Weddington manages Pre-Registration.

The Webmaster is responsible for the website. Send questions there if you have technical issues with the forums or some other part of the site, or if you spot a typo or error in the text.

The Red Button Owners handle the business aspects of King's Gate (among other games). Contact them if you have business-related questions, opportunities for marketing our games, and so forth. The Red Button Owners are Kristyn McGeehan, Dave Prewitt, and Joe Mines.
