The location of Monstertown (and the NPC sleeping area) is announced during Opening Ceremonies. It is here that players can go to serve their volunteer time and to do any during-game production. Monstertown is also a good place to go if you must find a particular plot member. They usually have a radio available that can be used to contact other staffers.
