The location of the plot cabin will be announced during Opening Ceremonies. In general, it is not necessary to go to the plot cabin while the game is running. Report to the plot cabin if your character has died, if you are looking for a specific plot member, or if you are playing a plot specific NPC and have been asked to not report to Monstertown.
