If you are new to King's Gate or LARPing in general, we recommend you check out our New Player section. There, you will find pointers on how to make a new character, how to volunteer for the game, and a general overview of how our events run.

The Known World section of the web site will introduce you to the in-game environment including a brief history of the world, overview of races and cultures, and a look at the in-play perspective on magic, fighting, and even the economy.

The Playing King's Gate section covers all of your out-of-play needs such as general rules, creating a character, post-event information, and game policies.

The Events section presents our schedule of upcoming event, directions and details for the various sites where those events run (including the ever-important weather forecast), and information on reserving a spot to come and join us.

Finally, there are the communication sections. Under Contacts, you can find contact information for game staff. Talk to other players or staff members through our in-game and out-of-game Forums, where you'll also see important story announcements in the Port of Call. Finally, watch the Information box in the sidebar for timely reminders (like the deadline for pre-registering for the next event). We hope you enjoy your foray into our world!
