Directions:
From Atlanta:
- Take I-75 South to Exit 205.
- Turn left on Georgia Highway 16 to Jackson, Georgia.
- Take Georgia Highway 42 South out of Jackson.
- Fork right at Flovilla towards Indian Springs, Georgia.
- Turns right at the main entrance to Indian Springs State Park (well before the Big Chief gas station)
- Continue straight through the four-way intersection.
- You'll pass the turnoff for the picnic shelters on the left, and the staff residence on the right.
- There's a small cemetery on the left, and the turnoff for the pioneer campgound is just past the cemetery.
- If you reach the big field on the left, you've gone too far.
